Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful guidance for hanging, care, shipping, returns, and consultations.

Hanging & Care

What’s the best way to hang artwork?

Use proper wall anchors, screws, or professional hanging hardware rated for the weight of the piece.

Can I use command strips?

Command strips are not recommended for framed fine art. They can fail over time and risk damage to both wall and artwork.

How high should artwork be hung?

A reliable rule is to place the center of the artwork around 57–60 inches from the floor, then adjust based on nearby furniture.

Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Timing depends on piece type, framing status, and destination. You’ll get a clear estimate when your order is confirmed.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of packaging and damage so we can resolve it quickly.

What is the return policy?

Return eligibility varies by artwork type. If you have a concern, reach out directly and we’ll work with you on the best resolution.
